ESTATE TAX AMNESTY, EXTENDED

Estate tax is a tax on the right of the deceased person to transmit his estate to his lawful heirs at the time of death
The estate tax is computed by multiplying the net estate with six (6) percent
Estate Tax Amnesty is extended until June 14, 2023
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF BEING A PAG-IBIG FUND MEMBER?

Employer’s contributions are not deductible from the compensation of its employees
All collected contributions are not taxable
The members’ contributions shall earn dividends
COLLECTION AND REMITTANCE OF CONTRIBUTIONS OF PAG-BIG FUND MEMBERS

Monthly contributions of employees to Pag-IBIG Fund shall be collected through payroll deductions
All employers shall remit to the Pag-IBIG Fund their contributions and the contributions of their covered employees
Self-employed and voluntary members may remit their monthly contributions on a monthly or quarterly basis
WHO MAY REGISTER AS A MEMBER OF PAG-IBIG FUND?

Those who are not required to register as members of Pag-IBIG Fund may still register
Persons who are at least eighteen (18) years old but not more than sixty-five (65) years may register as members of Pag-IBIG Fund
A member of the Pag-IBIG Fund who is separated from employment may continue paying his personal contribution
