Public or private schools shall adopt and implement a child protection or Anti-Bullying Policy
Teachers and other school personnel shall participate and cooperate in all prevention related to bullying

EMPLOYMENT OF CHILDREN

A child below fifteen (15) years of age may be allowed to work for not more than twenty (20) hours a week
A child fifteen (15) years of age but below eighteen (18) shall not be allowed to work for more than eight (8) hours a day
An employer shall first secure a work permit before engaging the employment of a child
WHAT ARE ACTUAL OR COMPENSATORY DAMAGES?

Damages may be actual or compensatory, moral, nominal, temperate or moderate, liquidated, or exemplary or corrective.
One is entitled to an adequate compensation only for such pecuniary loss suffered by him as he has duly proved.

ADOPTION OF ANTI-BULLYING POLICIES

All elementary and secondary schools are mandated to adopt policies to address the existence of bullying in their respective institutions

No disciplinary administrative action shall be taken against the bully solely on the basis of an anonymous report
