Atty. Alvin Liao Alburo, LL.M. is a practicing lawyer, and the Managing Partner of Alburo Alburo and Associates Law Offices, a law firm which specializes in business law and labor law. His areas of practice include labor relations law, corporate law, and intellectual property law, providing legal services to various industries.

Atty. Alburo is the Chairman and President of Yangtze Business Solutions Corporation.

Atty. Alburo is an Assistant Professor in the School of Labor and Industrial Relations of the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP SOLAIR), where he teaches Labor Law; and serves as a resource person in the School’s Workers’ Institute on Labor Laws (WILL).

Atty. Alburo is a member of the Technical Working Group of the Employers Confederation of the Philippines (ECOP). He served as the Head of the Human Resource & Legal Services Department of Crown Asia Chemicals Corporation, a public listed company. He was also a Legal Officer/Junior Assistant Manager in the Legal Department of Federal Land, Inc., then member of the Metrobank Group, and now of GT Capital Holdings.

Atty. Alburo completed his Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Bachelor of Laws degrees at the University of the Philippines and at the Arellano University School of Law, respectively.

Atty. Alvin Liao Alburo obtained his Master of Laws degree from the San Beda University Graduate School of Law.
