PAYMENT OF SSS AND GSIS CONTRIBUTIONS BY THE SAME PERSON AT THE SAME TIMEJanuary 26, 2026Under Section 11 of the Social Security Act of 2018, an employee under compulsory coverage who is separated from employment may continue to pay the total contributions to maintain his right to full benefit under the SSS.
